TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Fleet Management : Operating with mix fleet of 115 vehicles for various clients directly and indirectly. Out of the total fleet ATW owns 30% fleet count.

Staff Training : We conduct training for our staff regularly. They are trained on route map analysis, vehicle tracking, pick-up / drop co-ordination, safety measures, vehicle / driver co-ordination, vehicles mandatory documentation, vehicle inspection for road worthiness, Data entry, Roistering, preparing MIS reports. 360Degrees vision for the entire process.

Recruitment : Drivers with minimum 3 vears experience, compulsory 2 doses Covid vaccination certified with proven track records and with Commercial License are recruited only after conducting proper driving Test.

Weekly Driver Briefings : Weekly driver briefings are conducted to groom the drivers to the need of the time.

Compliance & Documentation : Drivers Background verifications done by concerned authorities and the same record is maintained with photos and fingerprints.
